    Detailed Itinerary

    Day 1 :
    ‌‌
‌Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Johannesburg OR Tambo to the Kruger Reserve. Upon arrival, you'll have the chance to experience an unforgettable elephant interaction. Spend an hour meeting a group of magnificent African elephants, where you'll learn about their social complexity and soulful nature. Elephants are one of the few animals that show compassion and are incredibly intelligent. During this hour-long interaction, you will exchange trunk greetings, touch their rough skin, and spoil them with treats while a passionate elephant handler shares their history and behavior with you. All the elephants you meet were rescued from different parts of South Africa, and as you watch them communicate with their handlers and caress their ears, you'll understand why elephants are truly exceptional beings.

After this heartwarming experience, enjoy a delicious dinner at Hippo Hollow Country Estate, followed by a peaceful night in your comfortable room. The perfect way to end your first day in the heart of Africa's wildlife.

Overnight: Hippo Hollow Country Estate - Hotel (Standard Room - Dinner, Bed and Breakfast)

    Day 2 :

Start your day with an early breakfast, followed by a private half-day 4x4 game drive through the Kruger National Park. Kruger is one of the largest and most renowned reserves in Southern Africa, attracting over a million visitors each year. With its vast expanse and rich biodiversity, Kruger is home to a thriving population of the Big Five. Keep an eye out for the majestic African elephant with its enormous tusks, the elusive leopard resting in the trees, or the abundant buffalo herds. The park also hosts the world’s largest rhino population and about 2,000 lions. A stop at one of the park’s rest camps will allow you to stretch your legs and refresh before continuing your wildlife exploration. Return to your hotel around noon.

Next, you’ll head to Mjejane River Lodge, a beautiful retreat with direct access to lush gardens and the nearby Crocodile River. The lodge offers an ideal setting to witness wildlife in their natural habitat, as animals freely move between the lodge's reserve and the greater Kruger National Park. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the bushveld and the river, which attracts a variety of wildlife, especially during the warmer months.

At Mjejane, an experienced game ranger will guide you through thrilling wildlife encounters. In the evening, relax by a crackling fire under the African stars. Mjejane’s luxury rooms, each individually decorated, will immerse you in the magic of the African wilderness, offering a truly authentic experience.

Lunch will be served at the lodge, followed by an afternoon 4x4 game drive to continue your exploration of the reserve.

    Dinner: Mjejane River Lodge

Overnight: Mjejane River Lodge - Private Game Reserve (Luxury Room - Fully Inclusive)

    Day 3 :

Start your final day with an early morning 4x4 game drive through the Kruger Reserve, immersing yourself in the last moments of the African wilderness. As the sun rises, the park comes alive, offering one last chance to witness the incredible wildlife of Kruger, from the Big Five to the countless other species that roam this vast land.

After your thrilling morning safari, return to the lodge for a relaxing breakfast, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences you’ve had.

At 10:00, you'll begin your transfer from Kruger to Johannesburg OR Tambo, taking in the beautiful landscapes one final time.

End of our services. Safe travels, and we hope to welcome you again on your next African adventure!
